Payments & Bookings
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
If the advance payment is not received, the allotted time slot will not be reserved.
Once a booking is confirmed, the advance amount is non-refundable.
By making an advance payment, you unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Little Ones Sambrama shall not be liable for any loss arising from declined transactions due to bank authorization limits.
Session Guidelines
Once a booking is confirmed, branch location cannot be changed.
Clients are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment.
Late arrival may result in the session being moved to the next available slot.
Themes are curated for best results and must be followed strictly.
Only one costume per theme is allowed and costume changes during the session are not permitted.
Clients must bring props, cakes, fruits, outfits, or accessories mentioned in the theme description unless stated otherwise.
Only one child per theme is allowed.
For twins, triplets, or multiple children, charges apply per child.
Children above 10 years are fully chargeable.
Children between 3 to 10 years are charged half the applicable rate.
Home Service Sessions
A minimum space of 12 ft × 15 ft is required for setup.
Home services are available only within Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Additional travel charges apply for home service sessions.
Image Delivery
Images are delivered in high-quality JPG format.
Clients may receive up to 100 unedited images and up to 15 color-graded images.
Images are delivered within 9 business days from the session date.
Clients must bring their own storage device if immediate transfer is required.
Image data is retained for up to 30 days only from the session date.
Copyright & Image Usage
Clients are entitled to receive copies of their photographs.
Little Ones Sambrama retains rights to use images for marketing and promotional purposes.
Clients may purchase full copyrights for INR 3,000 if they wish to keep images private.
Little Ones Sambrama reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
