Refund Policy – Little Ones Sambrama

 

At Little Ones Sambrama, we value transparency and fairness in our booking and refund process. Please read the following policy carefully before making a booking.

 

Advance Payment

 

An advance amount of ₹750 is collected to reserve a photography session slot. This amount is adjusted against the total session cost.

 

Refund of Advance Amount

 

  • The advance amount is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled and we are informed via WhatsApp at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
  • Payment gateway convenience charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are usually initiated within 24 hours of confirmation and may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

 

  • Once a booking is successfully confirmed and the cancellation request is made within 72 hours of the session time, the advance amount is non-refundable, as the slot is reserved exclusively for the customer.
  • Cancellation of the session within this period will result in forfeiture of the advance amount.
  • After the photography session is completed, no refund of any amount (partial or full) will be provided.
  • Pending Payment
  • After completion of the session, customers must clear the entire pending balance to receive their photographs and data. Data will not be shared until full payment is received.

 

Rescheduling Policy

 

  • One free rescheduling is allowed, subject to slot availability.
  • From the second reschedule onward, a fee of ₹1,000 per reschedule will be applicable.

 

No-Show Policy

 

Failure to arrive for the scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation, and the advance amount will not be refunded.
